Medium-coarse grind (similar to sea salt). Standard single-serve dose is 20–25 grams of dark-roasted Robusta.
Bloom & Extraction Timing
Bloom with 20ml hot water (93°C–96°C) for 1–2 minutes, then top up with 60ml water. Total drip time should be 4–5 minutes.
