Do you have GACC registration?
Yes. We are registered in the GACC food importer/exporter registry. We can provide our GACC registration number upon request and include proof of registration with every shipment's document package.
What documents come with each shipment?
Full CIQ-compatible set: SGS inspection report, phytosanitary certificate (MARD), C/O Form B, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and GACC registration proof. All in both English and Chinese where required.
Does Vietnamese coffee qualify for preferential tariff under China–ASEAN FTA?
Yes. Green coffee beans originating from Vietnam (C/O Form B) qualify for 0% import tariff into China under the ASEAN–China Free Trade Agreement, significantly reducing your landed cost compared to non-FTA origins.
Can you communicate in Chinese?

What are standard payment terms for Chinese buyers?
30% T/T deposit on order confirmation, 70% against copy of B/L. L/C at sight accepted. We are familiar with Chinese payment practices and flexible for established clients.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum 1 x 20ft FCL (approximately 18–19 tons for 60kg bags). Smaller quantities via LCL can be arranged for trial orders. Free 1–2 kg samples available for qualified importers before committing.
