For Importers

What Importers Ask Us — Answered

Six questions every procurement manager asks before placing a first order. Here are our direct answers.

Can you guarantee consistent grade every shipment?

Yes. Every lot is SGS pre-shipment inspected against our published specs — S14+, ≤12.5% moisture, ≤1% impurities. Shipments that fail inspection are rejected before loading. We provide the full SGS report with each delivery.

What's your realistic monthly supply volume?

500 tons per month, sustained year-round. We own and partner with farms across Lam Dong Province. We can discuss multi-month forward contracts with fixed volume commitments.

Where exactly does the coffee come from?

Lam Dong Province, Central Highlands — Vietnam's premium coffee belt, elevation 800–1,500m. We can provide GPS-level farm traceability on request, including farm photos and harvest records.

Will your documents pass Chinese customs (GACC / CIQ)?

Yes. We are registered in the GACC food importer registry. Each shipment comes with: SGS inspection report, phytosanitary certificate, C/O Form B (ASEAN–China FTA preferential tariff), and full CIQ-compatible documentation set.

What are your payment terms and lead time?

Standard: 30% T/T deposit, 70% against B/L copy. L/C at sight accepted. Lead time is 7–14 days from confirmed order for existing stock; longer for custom processing. FOB HCMC or CIF your port.

How do we communicate? Do you have a WeChat contact?

Yes — we have a dedicated English and Chinese-speaking account manager. WeChat, WhatsApp, and email all responded within 24 hours. We understand how Chinese importers work and adapt to your communication preference.
